If you purchased a Pure Brush product directly from www.pure-brush.com and are not satisfied with our product, you may return it within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. In order to initiate return, please contact Customer Service through www.pure-brush.com. We will reimburse you (excluding all shipping costs) for the purchase price of the returned Pure-Brush products no later than thirty (30) days from the date of our receipt of such returned products. Pure-Brush cannot reimburse for original or return shipping charges.
Items must be returned in their original condition and must include all original packaging and accessories. Touch is not responsible for return items, which become lost in transit. If you purchased your Pure Brush product from a retailer or received it as a gift, the item must be returned to the original place of purchase.
